Ordering with us is simple. To order you can contact us on 07868 977 244 or you can email us using the contact form on the contact us page or by emailing darren@burnalog.co.uk. Once we have your order details we will come back to you to arrange delivery at a time and date that’s convenient for you.

Payment will be taken upon delivery and we accept bank transfer or cash.

There are approximately 75 to 85 logs in each wheelie bin and each bin is filled eight to ten inches from the top. 

Three wheelie bins are equivalent to a tonne builders bag.

We use wheelie bins as it offers more flexibility and convenience when delivering your order. Not only does it enable us to stack your logs in a location of your choice, but it also enables you to order the exact amount you need to see you through.

We don’t charge for delivery, however, we do ask that a minimum order be placed. For more information on delivery radius, please contact us on 07868 977 244.

Our hardwood logs all undergo a kiln-drying process and hold a ‘Ready-to-Burn’ certification which means they contain less than 20% moisture and are ready to use as soon as they are delivered to you.

Each wood has it’s own characteristic so we understand why you’d want to know! Our kiln-dried logs are all hardwood and are mostly Birch, although we are also able to source Ash and Oak if that’s your preference. Just ask, we are here to help!
